Terms of Use

These terms concern the currently publicly accessible informational website ramblet.de. Separate terms tailored to the actual functionality of the communication platform, which is still in development, will be published before its launch. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

1. Provider and scope

The informational website is provided by Justin Danes, Ramblet Community Studios, Im Schlenk 41, 47055 Duisburg, Germany; contact: hello@ramblet.de. These terms concern the publicly accessible informational website only. They do not yet govern Ramblet user accounts, community servers or paid services.

2. Development status

Ramblet is under development. Descriptions, visualizations, roadmaps and announced features are provided for information and do not guarantee any release date or specific functionality. This website does not currently grant a right to access an unreleased application.

3. Use of the website

The website may be used in accordance with applicable law. Intentional disruption, unauthorized access attempts and unlawful use of content or technical interfaces are prohibited. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

4. Content and intellectual property

Texts, graphics, trademarks and other content may be protected by copyright or trademark law. Uses beyond statutory permissions require the relevant rights holder's consent. Linking to this website is permitted within the limits of applicable law.

5. External links

The website may contain links to external services. Their respective operators are generally responsible for their content and data processing. Reports of unlawful links can be sent to hello@ramblet.de.

6. Availability and changes

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the free informational website. Content and features may be changed for legitimate reasons. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory law for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health. In all other respects, statutory liability rules apply; mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.

8. Future platform terms

Before user accounts, community features or potential paid offerings become publicly available, separate terms will address registration, minimum age, content, moderation, suspensions, termination and, where applicable, pricing. These website terms do not replace those future terms.

9. Applicable law

German law applies insofar as this does not restrict mandatory protections under the law of the country in which a consumer habitually resides. No exclusive place of jurisdiction is agreed for consumers.
