Community Guidelines
These guidelines describe the intended standards of conduct for the future Ramblet communication platform. The platform is currently under development. Reporting channels, moderation procedures and enforcement options will be specified before launch.
1. Respectful conduct
Treat others with respect. Targeted humiliation, discriminatory hate speech, threats, intimidation and unauthorized disclosure of other people's private information are prohibited.
2. Harassment and protection of minors
Repeated unwanted contact, stalking, sexual harassment, grooming and sexual exploitation of minors are prohibited. Child sexual abuse material is strictly forbidden and will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
3. Spam and manipulation
Unsolicited mass advertising, fraudulent links, phishing, malware, artificial engagement and automated disruption of text, voice or video channels are not permitted.
4. Fraud and dangerous activities
Fraud, identity misuse, deception to obtain login credentials and the distribution of instructions or offers for unlawful activities are prohibited where they violate applicable law or these guidelines.
5. Illegal content and intellectual property
Do not publish unlawful content or content for which you lack the necessary rights. This includes criminal threats, unlawful hateful content and unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works.
6. Privacy and consent
Do not publish other people's personal data, private messages, recordings or intimate content without the required authorization. Voice, video and screen recordings must comply with applicable law and the rights of those involved.

8. Community responsibilities
Community administrators may set additional rules for their spaces provided they do not conflict with applicable law or platform-wide requirements. Moderation privileges must not be used for targeted harassment or misuse of personal data.
9. Reports and review
The future platform is intended to provide understandable reporting channels and procedures for reviewing reported content. Before launch, actual contact channels, handling processes and any required statements of reasons or complaint mechanisms will be published. Until then, general reports can be sent to hello@ramblet.de.
10. Measures for violations
Depending on the severity, context and repetition of a violation, measures after platform launch may include notices, content removal, feature restrictions and temporary or permanent suspensions. Decisions should be proportionate and respect applicable statutory rights and procedural obligations.
